July 6th started out a little hectic with our toilets not flushing and septic filling our tube and shower. After notifying our rental agent about the issue ba very kind man came out and had the problem solved in two hours and he was kind enough to come out on a holiday weekend. I had never had a septic system prior to buying this home! So I used the receipt that was with all of my paperwork and I called the company that pumped my tank in 2020 to asked when I should pump it again. They told me it needed pumping every 2 years. I called Mr Franklin for a second opinion and he told me that 4 years is more accurate! Not only was he very honest in his explanation, he was also $200 less than what I was quoted! Mr Franklin and Scott did an excellent job installing risers and pumping my tank! I would definitely recommend Them!

Mr. Franklin came out and checked my septic system, and gave me an estimate. We talked a few times, and he and Scott showed up, and got to work quickly! Mr. Franklin and his son came out to work on my septic system this week. I know that it was difficult but Mr. Franklin and I talked about it before he came out to do the work. Our septic system backed up into the house on a Friday afternoon. I called several septic tank pumping services, but they were all either unavailable or unwilling to pump my septic tank until the following Monday. Finally I called Franklin Septic Tank Service. Mr. Franklin told me he could be at my house by noon the next day, which was Saturday. To my delight, he showed up an hour earlier than expected. After a quick look in my tank and removing the filter, Mr. Franklin informed me that my septic system had serious problems. My drain field was saturated and would not work any longer. After pumping my tank , Mr. Franklin advised us on how to get by until I could get the required permit to build a new drain field. As soon as I had the permit in hand , Mr. Franklin came and looked over my back yard and came up with a plan. A day and a half later , we were back in business with a completely new septic system, tank included! Honesty, knowledge, and hard work are qualities that Mr. Franklin and his son Scott bring to the table. We can’t thank them enough for a job well done!

Herbert and Scott Franklin make quite a father-son team in their field of expertise. You can't beat experience, and that's what Franklin brings to each job -site. This tag team installed an entirely new high capacity septic tank system and distribution box, while navigating the numerous rocks and boulders that they unearthed.
