Mr. Franklin came out yesterday to pump my septic tank. While working he identified an issue with the influent and effluent lines from my tank. He recommended a company to inspect the lines with a camera snake. Mr. Franklin was very professional and personable. He elected to hand dig the access lids so that his mini- ex wouldn’t track up my sod. I give this company my whole hearted endorsement.
